Portal Overview
Getting started with the FoxCalc portal
Logging In
Navigate to your portal URL (e.g., portal.rbfoffercalc.com) and sign in with your email and password.
If you've received an invite email, click the link to set your password and activate your account.
Forgot Password
Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen. Enter your email address and check your inbox for a reset link. Reset links expire after 1 hour.
Navigation
The portal sidebar provides access to:
| Section | Description |

| Deals | View and manage all deals |
| Settings | Configure your funder account |
Roles & Permissions
Your access level depends on your assigned role:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all features and settings |
| Underwriter | Deal management, limited settings access |
| Platform Admin | Platform-level administration |
| ISO RM Manager | ISO relationship manager oversight |
| ISO RM | ISO relationship management |
| API Only | Programmatic access only, no portal UI |
Contact your admin to change your role or request additional permissions.
